Rosé is the one thing I never order enough of. MAIA sells out every July and AIX is the most asked-for rosé I sell, so I buy it by the case. I stay mostly with Provence and the south, and with estates that make it well rather than just make a lot of it. St Sidoine is the house Provence, the one I buy by the pallet for parties.
