Tim does the sourcing and has the Old World palate. “It's all about what's in the bottle; that's important to me. I adore bottle-aged wines and wine that can be laid down. I hunt the best so you can enjoy what's in your glass. I am a sucker for the Old World, especially Burgundy and Bordeaux.”
Sam runs the retail side and talks to the customers. “Business and a bottle of wine are what makes me tick! Retail is in my bones, and giving our customers that one to one special service is what we are all about.”
