Signature required
An adult aged 18 or over must be present to sign
The signature bit matters
We sell alcohol, so somebody 18 or over has to be at the address to take the delivery and sign for it. If nobody is in, the driver cannot leave it with a neighbour or in a porch. Put a work address on the order if that is easier, or tell us in the notes and we will work round it.
Off the mainland
The £9.95 rate covers UK mainland addresses. If you are in the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, ring Tim on 07986 965576 or email info@mosseandmosse.co.uk before you order and we will tell you what it costs to get to you.
Multiple addresses
We send corporate orders out to a lot of different addresses every December and have done for years. It is not an online process, it is a conversation. Tell us what you need and Tim will price it.
Broken bottles
If something arrives broken, tell us as soon as you open the box and we replace it. Keep the packaging and send us a photograph if you can. Returns and cancellation.
