You have to be 18
It is against the law to sell alcohol to anyone under 18 in the United Kingdom, and it is an offence to buy alcohol for someone under 18. You confirm you are 18 or over when you place an order. An adult aged 18 or over must be present to sign for the delivery, and the driver will refuse to hand it over otherwise.
Prices and tax
Every price on this site is in pounds sterling and includes UK VAT and duty. Delivery is charged separately at £9.95 to UK mainland addresses and is free on orders of £150 and over.
Payment
We do not ask for card details on this website and we never will. When you place an order it comes to us by email, Tim confirms it with you, and payment is taken directly. If you are ever asked for card numbers on a page that looks like ours, it is not ours.
Vintages and availability
Wine moves. Where a listing shows two vintages, we are shipping whichever we currently hold and we will tell you which before it leaves. If something sells out between your order and our confirmation, we ring you rather than substituting it.
Your details
We collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address so we can take your order and get the wine to you. If you sign up to the list, we use your email to send you occasional notes about new arrivals and nothing else. We do not sell your details to anybody and we do not pass them on except to the courier who is delivering your order. Ask us at info@mosseandmosse.co.uk and we will tell you what we hold about you, or delete it.
Cookies and what we keep on your device
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, carries no advertising pixels, and loads no tracking scripts. Nobody is tracking you across the internet on our behalf.
