This new vineyard 'El Rincon' was planted in 2001 in the South of Briones, it is made from a blend of Tempranillo, Graciano, and Garnacha grapes, and is aged for 15 months in second-use oak barrels. The wine has a bright and fruity nose, with aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and blackberry. There are also hints of spice, such as vanilla and cinnamon, as well as a touch of oak. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and well-balanced, with tannins that are ripe and soft. The flavors of red fruit, spice, and oak are all present on the palate, and the wine has a long and refreshing finish.
