Tasting; Pale gold color. Very fresh floral fragrances with lemon notes, a hint of minerality, and delicate woody notes. Precise and well-balanced. Beautiful aromatic purity. A very fresh finish. Goes well with; Fish, cold meats, white meat and certain cheeses (Comté, goat's cheese).
