Proper cru Beaujolais, not the November stuff. Chill it slightly and it will outdrink half the Pinot in this shop on a warm evening.

Comment A seductive wine with a velvety texture and a clear ruby color. bright. The nose offers delicate aromas of raspberry and wild strawberry,supported by rose and violet. The palate is crisp, highlighting fresh and delicate aromas. An authentic and traditional Beaujolais. Wine and food pairings: serve at 14/15°C with a saddle of lamb, a veal blanquette, soft cheese.
