Champagne Dumenil Reserve 26 1er Cru NV

A grower Champagne from premier cru villages. This is where you go when the big houses start tasting like each other. This independent Champagne House was founded in 1874 and has remained in the family for 5 generations. All their vineyards are Premier Cru located in the typical chalk soil of the Montagne de Reims. Only the first and best juice is used for all their cuvées. Today, Frédérique, his great-granddaughter, and her husband Hugues Poret-Duménil oversee the Domaine. Both passionate about the vineyard and wine, they craft their Champagnes with the highest respect for their land. All of the Domaine's vineyards are nestled in the heart of the Montagne de Reims and unlike many other Domaines' in Champagne, they are all Premier Cru, spread across four villages -Chigny-les-Roses, Rilly la Montagne, Ludes, and Sacy
