Côte de Beaune
A key wine-producing district of Burgundy in the east of France.
The Côte de Beaune area is the southern part of the Côte d'Or, the limestone ridge that is home to the great names of Burgundy wine. The Côte de Beaune starts between Nuits-Saint-Georges and Beaune, and extends southwards for about 25 km to the river Dheune. The trend of producing red wines continues from the Côte de Nuits to the north, down through Beaune, although the wines become lighter and more perfumed. Farther south lie the great names of white Burgundy such as Meursault and Chassagne-Montrachet.

This wine is a fresh and vibrant Rioja from one of the region's most exciting young winemakers. This new vineyard ‘El Rincon’ was planted in 2001 in the South of Briones, it is made from a blend of Tempranillo, Graciano, and Garnacha grapes, and is aged for 15 months in second-use oak barrels.
The wine has a bright and fruity nose, with aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and blackberry. There are also hints of spice, such as vanilla and cinnamon, as well as a touch of oak.
On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and well-balanced, with tannins that are ripe and soft. The flavors of red fruit, spice, and oak are all present on the palate, and the wine has a long and refreshing finish.
The Miguel Merino Vinas Jovenes 2020 is a perfect wine for everyday drinking or for special occasions. It is versatile enough to pair with a variety of foods, from grilled meats and fish to tapas and pasta.
The wine has received rave reviews from wine critics, with many scoring it 91 points or higher.
